Reflexology

Reflexology is similar to acupressure techniques, but it is performed on the feet & hands. Each foot & hand has "zones" that correspond to reflex point, that when stimulated with pressure, causes stimulation in the natural energy of the related organ.

Crystalline type deposits and/or tender points in these zones, usually indicates a dysfunction. Pressure applied to these tender points facilitates the body's ability to clear congestion, restoring normal functioning & improving health.

Reflexology stimulates the body's own healing forces by locating & stimulating certain points of the feet, hands, & even the ears.

By applying pressure to a reflex point, the therapist can effect certain beneficial changes in another part of the body. Various parts of the hands, feet & ears are linked with specific parts of our bodies in reflexology.
